誰もが知っている大手ECサイトを運営するIT企業が展開している、新規サービス（車に関するサービス）のAndroidエンジニアとして、プロダクトを強化するための設計・開発・運用をお願いいたします。 モバイルアプリエンジニアとして以下の役割を担い、チームに参加していただきます。 将来的にはチームのテックリードとして活躍を期待します。 【具体的には】 ・Android機能開発、運用 ・品質改善 ・Androidバージョンアップへの対応 ・リリース後のトラブル対応 基本リモートで勤務いただけますが MTGなど必要に応じた出社のご相談は発生する可能性があります。 エンジニアには外国籍の方もおり、英語でのコミュニケーション力が必要です。 【業務変更の可能性】なし An IT company that operates a major e-commerce site is launching a new service related to cars. 【必須経験】 * 3年以上のAndroidアプリ開発経験 * Kotlinプログラミングの経験 * GitHubを使ったチーム開発経験 *そのほか、以下の経験 * MVVMの経験 * DaggerのHilt使用経験 * トラブル時の検証や対策を行ったご経験 * 検証など（ご自身で行った経験など） 【歓迎要件】 * HTML, CSS, JavaScriptを使った開発経験 * タスク＆時間管理能力（主に自身の） * アジャイル開発経験 * Web開発経験 * プロダクト開発におけるユーザーセントリックのマインドセットを持っている方 * 英語力を強化したい方（今は強くなくてもチャレンジしたい方） * テックリードポジションのご経験 **Required Experience:** * Over 3 years of Android development experience * Experience with Kotlin programming * Experience with team development using GitHub * Other experience including the following: * Experience with MVVM * Experience using Dagger's Hilt * Experience in troubleshooting and implementing countermeasures * Experience with testing and validation (including personal experience) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Task & time management skills (primarily self-management) * Agile development experience * Web development experience * Possession of a user-centric mindset in product development * Individuals who want to improve their English skills (even if not currently strong, but willing to take on the challenge) * Experience in a tech lead position |
